Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, please notify us within 30 days of your purchase and item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

We review returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services, and want customers to be satisfied with them.  We apply refunds to the same payment used to purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and make sure it has been at least 7-10 days since the return has processed.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and please send your item(s) to:

Shipping
To return your product, please mail all items to the following address: Kareivių g. 6, Vilnius, LT-09117 Lithuania.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your items but we cover all freight for exchange items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning an item over €75, we recommend providing a tracking number to ensure we receive the item, contact [email protected].
